Our founder’s background as a forest firefighter and production logger in British Columbia shaped a lifelong commitment to protecting and understanding trees and the environment.

What began as: one individual with a chainsaw, helping neighbours after a major wind storm quickly grew into a trusted local business. As word spread, Knowles Tree Service evolved from a community response effort, into a professional company focused on safe, responsible tree care.

Today Knowles Tree Service is a well equipped business, with multiple employees using machinery and the latest heavy equipment to provide service offerings across the Landscaping, Forestry and Tree Care industries.
